After only a minimal conversation he showed up for our initial meeting with a market analysis and comps for other homes in our area. He went the extra mile before we had even met with him which showed how much he respected our time and how he would treat our listing.

David guided us from pricing our home correctly, to listing our home, our open house, showings, inspections...all the way up to our closing. Any questions we had were quickly answered and he followed up with us, our attorney and the buyers every step of the way. My experience David and Choice Realty Co. was an amazing learning experience. I consider David a mentor. Even before I signed with Choice, he laid out a plan of action completete with comparable sales and dead on accurate pricing.

I was a first time Seller and believe in supporting local businesses in my community. Choice Realty provided excellent up-to-date marketing, both local and beyond, by using today's electronic technology to present to prospective buyers a wealth of information as well as helpful tips on how to buy and sell a home, including a private "Settlement Room" (complete with password) which tracked every communication, showing, and all pertinent information relating to the sale of my property which enabled me to participate on every level.
